These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.cibumfontenuova.com and the online purchase of tickets for events organized by Cibum.
2. Table reservations
Booking via the form does not constitute a binding contract: confirmation occurs via communication from the staff (email, SMS, or telephone).
3. Purchase event tickets
Payment is made online via secure platforms (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments).
The ticket purchased is personal and non-refundable, unless the organizer cancels the event.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used.
4. Loyalty program
By joining the loyalty program, you can accumulate points and receive personalized benefits and offers.
The user can unsubscribe at any time by sending a request to the owner's email address.
5. Responsibility
Cibum is not responsible for disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., blackouts, network problems, payment platform malfunctions).
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site—text, images, logos, graphics, and trademarks—is the property of Cibum or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Applicable law and competent court
These terms are governed by Italian law.
