At Cibum, where food becomes an experience

A journey through authentic flavors in a large and comfortable food hall, where the quality and craftsmanship of each dish, from pizza to sushi , from meat to desserts, is accompanied, in a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere, by selected background music.

CIBUM is a project taking shape in a 2000-square-meter space, born from the desire to tell an even bigger and more beautiful story, the result of the successes we've achieved over the years, one that places food at the center. Here, our excellence in sushi is complemented by new and diverse offerings. In fact, within the same space, there are independent areas specializing in different food varieties: a pizzeria, BBQ, grill house, and bar. These are fully-fledged restaurants, each with its own style and design, where you can enjoy top-quality dishes and products, creating a truly unique experience.

The values that have always characterized our philosophy have been care, quality, and selection, which for us represent the essential elements of our success. Based on these principles, Cibum was born with the aim of establishing itself as a true guarantee of quality and a benchmark in the restaurant industry.

Sushi

In the dedicated wing of the restaurant, Cibum "Fish & Sushi" invites you to try top-quality SUSHI for an authentic and refined experience, available both à la carte and as an all-you-can-eat option.

For nearly twenty years, we have put passion and expertise into preparing sushi, made with excellent quality ingredients and in full compliance with the strictest hygiene standards.
The fish, especially salmon, is processed daily in our modern and spacious laboratory, ensuring freshness, safety, and flavor in every creation.

Our sushi is also completely gluten-free, the result of dedicated and certified production: we are in fact one of the very few sushi restaurants in Italy accredited by the AIC – Italian Celiac Association.

For those who want a more informal experience, the à la carte sushi can also be enjoyed in the pizzeria-grill area or in our cocktail bar, perfect for a delicious aperitif with an oriental flavour.

BBQ Grill House

Cibum's meat is the result of a careful and rigorous selection process, entrusted to the best suppliers, with particular attention to marbling, an essential element for ensuring flavor, tenderness, and juiciness—especially in premium meats.

Our specialties are expertly prepared by Cibum's grillers in the large firebrick brazier, where cooking over high-quality charcoal and wood gives the meat intense aromas and an unmistakable flavor.

On the menu you'll find a wide selection of beef, along with free-range chicken, cockerel, and the irresistible Apulian pork capocollo bombette, in various fillings, handcrafted by our chefs.
Don't miss our succulent 200-gram, heavily-marbled beef burgers, served with gourmet fillings in handmade buns and cooked in our wood-fired oven.

Pizza

At Cibum, pizza is a true taste experience, the fruit of passion, research, and selection of the finest ingredients.
Our artisanal fried foods, prepared in-house by our chefs, open a journey of flavors that culminates with a Neapolitan-style pizza, made according to an exclusive recipe and baked in our two artisanal Neapolitan ovens, for an authentic and fragrant result.

Every detail is carefully chosen:
the flour is an excellence of the Vigevano Mill,
the fior di latte comes from the Gargiulo Dairy in Gragnano,
and the San Marzano Solania tomato represents the soul of the Campania region.

The result is an excellent pizza, with an intense flavor and a light dough, which expresses Italian tradition in its most authentic form.
And for those who prefer a different texture, our pizza chefs can also prepare, upon request, a delicious thin and crispy "Roman-style" pizza.
